6.Job Postings
All postings are reviewed before publication. Amali reserves the right to reject or remove postings that violate these terms. Prohibited content: illegal activities, misleading compensation, discrimination, adult content, pyramid schemes.

The free tier has limited applications per week. Paid plans are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), inclusive of VAT where applicable. Refund policy: within 48 hours of subscription if no premium features were used.
8.Messaging
Messages are for job-related communication only. Harassment, spam, or sharing contact information to circumvent the platform is prohibited. Amali may monitor messages for safety and platform integrity.
9.Intellectual Property
The Amali brand, logo, design, and code are owned by Amali. User-generated content (job postings, profiles) remains the property of the user. By posting content, users grant Amali a license to display it on the platform.
10.Limitation of Liability
Amali is not liable for user conduct. We do not guarantee the accuracy of job postings or profiles. We are not liable for lost wages, damages, or disputes between users. Maximum liability: the amount paid for the subscription in the last 12 months.
11.Termination
Users may delete their account at any time. Amali may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Suspended users may appeal via contact@amali.ma.
